Our aim is to provide good quality,

short term accommodation and support

to those who lack knowledge/experience in managing and maintaining their tenancy.

With over 40 years combined experience working within the criminal justice system,

we are well equipped to guide tenants through the day to day difficulties and understand the pressures they will encounter whilst managing their own tenancy

OUR PROPERTIES

Our aim is to provide homes rather than houses where tenants can work towards long term goals and feel safe enough to want to build a new life.

Only properties that meet our minimum standard of repair, decor and fittings are accepted onto the scheme. This indicates to the Service User that they are deserving of a decent home and allows them to see themselves as ‘normal’ people

EMERGENCY COVER

A dedicated emergency number

with access to support up to 8pm,

7 days per week outside of our

normal office hours.

Tenants are provided with an emergency contact number that will provide access to a member of staff who is able to help with a range of issues from organising emergency repairs through to just someone to talk to in times of crisis.
